As a founder, would you be interested to share your personal side to aspiring entrepreneurs?

Hello folks,

I'm curious to know from founders in this group whether you would be interested to open up your personal side to aspiring entrepreneurs? Topics like daily routine, mindset, lifestyle on health, spirituality, core values, belief system, home tour, bonding with family and employees, learnings from the mistakes etc.

This helps aspiring entrepreneurs to get practical mindset and give them the direction to change or work on themselves. And it's a great branding for Founders and you will be known for such values in Society attracting talent and investors to your company. Eg - Nikhil Kamath, Ratan Tata who are known for their great personal values.

Yes love to give it a try
No I'm shy to share my personal side
Not a good option for personal branding

In today's age entrepreneurs are micro celebs in some ways, they can't be completely transparent just in the same way actors and celebrities can't be.

Too much risk+can be used against them. Exposure is supposed to be selective, very few people would want their private lives being discussed openly.

Becoming a product of learning is not good for you as a person and for your business. Keep your personal life away from the business. Just provide information enough to keep your "human" image in the public because some people would use too much information to consume you.

May I also please know how the personal information can become a downside for the founder? Like any examples please. One thing I could remember is - A health founder eating unhealthy food for breakfast can bring a controversy. But it wasn't intentional.
