1. Low body count.
2. No STDs
3. No prior abortions.
4. No BPD, DID or bi-polar disorder.
5. No substance addictions.
6. Earns at least 0.7x of your annual income.
7. Debt free at the time of marriage.
8. Father was actually present in her life for a large part of her life.
9. Has similar values as you - religion, politics, et al.
10. Circle of friends she spends most time with.

Most of the points you already know I will just mention one point and that is -

While looking for a girl, try to check her medical history if possible.

Behaviour of the mother in law. She is the mirror to the family.

Respect towards her dad
