Also, during any exhibitions or santhes. I am not sure of the equivalents here in Bangalore, bu in Hyderabad there is a space called Shilparamam where artisans across India display their craft

You can roam around church street on weekends, few painters sell their paintings on roadside sometimes if i remember correctly
