Trending @Accenture; Arrogance of seniority
I have been with Accenture for a little more than 3 months now and I am repeatedly finding it difficult to setup calls with certain stakeholders as they are too arrogant to talk someone junior to them. Is it just me or is this a culture issue here?

My experience has been very different:
I am L8 and have to constantly work with/for Leadership.
All my seniors, TL, supervisor and the ACN leadership folks have been very responsive.
The only time they won’t respond is when you send them half-baked artefacts.
They want to just have a Quick Look at the agenda — followed by the summary of your work leading up to this meeting, and they find time for you to present your case.

My experience is different. In this organization I feel people are reachable. Be that HR, admin, managers or team leads.

It is there…Seniors are kings so you cannot touch them, this culture is killing the organisation from within but they are too arrogant to accept this and change.

This issue is mostly with rotten apples (uncles and aunties) of Accenture

I am feeling the same..... It's very hard to manage...... Didn't find anyone helpful in project......I am a SAP MM Consultant..... Recently started working on Implementation
In place of helping me in doubt and difficulty.i heard many times that you don't know this or that.
I feel anxiety all the time.and start making mistakes.

I feel the same senior replies to the question they want to and rest they ignore

I tell you 2 Reasons for this?
- Junior Resources run around the bush while talking which wastes a lot time of highly efficient senior resource
- You are acting smarter than your senior in meetings
If this is your case your are seniors are awesome
In that case
Your where given some time to prepare your thoughts and takes your inputs and present to stakeholders. Its okay to share your thoughts as his bz if he get promoted you will be get promoted
But
If they don’t value your thoughts you are not at right place please leave them.
