Trending @Cognizant; Arrears - Salary Hike 2025
“With the salary hikes now confirmed for November 1 instead of the usual August cycle, does anyone know if there will be arrears for August, September, and October to cover the delay? Would be good to get clarity on this.”

Fucked up CEO taking all the money for himself and his team and thieves. Infosys raiders culling the culture of Cognizant. It's a shame.

I have a colleague who is at M level. It seems there is no news for hikes for M and above. The mailer is so confusing. What is "up to level and including Senior Associate" mean ?

No hike for M and upper

The hike are given till SA grade - so no hike for Ravi - basically senior folks are sacrificing hike this year and this will give less burden on company as the top 20 percent people get 50 percent of salary - so they saved money of 50 percent hike - I am happy that we lower level people atleast getting hike rather then delayed till 2026

This is what happens when the Indian CEO takes over. Expect delays and lower expectations.

😂😂😂there is no arrear kind of thing in this fucking company

Leave the company

Effective from 1st November means ...... if it gets announced in say Jan 26 onwards ... you WILL get arrears.
Ofcourse unless "macroeconomics" changes .... then the 1st of November will be changed to from whatever date "macroeconomics" is suitable.

Its mentioned in the email effective from 1st Nov, so no arrears

Why are you so worried? Don’t be surprised if the dates change after November 1st. They might once again give excuses, saying that due to certain reasons, hikes are not being considered at the moment. Later, when things are in better shape, they may announce that all employees will receive the hike at once. 😀

The usual cycle is not even August. It was April (2023), in 2024 it was moved to Aug (4 months lost) and now again 3 months delay which is Nov.
No arrears will be given as it is mentioned as effective Nov 1.
