
Argument with project manager
I had a bad argument with the Management team the last day . I am already on notice period and have been released from my current project.. They were just extending my KT session saying a lot of fake reasons .
They were planning to extend my project allocation and torture me again till my last day in tcs .They were also discussing that they were going to escalate this to HR and put some bad comments on my exit letter.
Please suggest some ideas . They are harrassing me like anything I can't even resist .

No one will help you as you are leaving. Even if the fault is of your management they will get all the support in the world because they are the ones staying back.
TCS has unofficial burn the bridges policy, nothing can be done. Just somehow pass this notice period time ignoring everything done by your management.

yes , that is what is going on . Everybody started cornering me suddenly . Even the HR seems to be supporting the project team and the manager . I feel very bad even after giving my heart and soul to the company. Finally I am getting to hear this . chiii .. Shame on them ... Please suggest me some tips that can not trouble me during KT

Tolerate them for the last few days. Rest assured there are going to be no comments on your exit letter. There is no such policy in any company. It takes a lot to do for ruining your character certificate.

They are threatening that we will reach out to HR , because we are finding some gaps during your KT session. Though I have already given multiple KT sessions . All the accounts you are working are escalated .bla bla bla..

They may reach out to HR. But if you stand by body to HR I am hopeful nothing much is going to happen. TCS HRs do not have any real power. If you can stand boldly to them it will go away.

You can send an email to your line hr mentioning as you are already on notice period hence the project manager is threatening you and creating things worse for you. Also , mention they are threatening you saying to put negative note on your exit letter. Keep a copy in your personal email as well as bcc. If something happens then you can share this mail.

Hire a lawyer and slap a mental harassment notice

Send mail to Mgr and loop HR mentioning what are all you covered as part of KT and let you know on your release date. As part of KT if there are anything else to be covered let him revert on the same as per that get the official release date. You make a smart step before he do.
