Why the companies now want everything in one person, he should be knight on leetcode for DSA, he should be an expert in designing a system like an architect, he should be an expert in devops for deployment, he should be an expert for leadership. I mean what's this.

Most managers are incompetent. They are there either by luck or connection. So to reduce their risk they want some one who knows everything. If they get a good candidate, they can claim the credit for his work. If such a candidate is difficult to get, they blame the recruiter for not finding a suitable candidate and untill then they can blame on this for any delays and problems.
