All this is bakwas. They just play with people and their work life. During covid they were the first company who announced TCS will be biggest company who will adopt wfh 75% by 2025. This spiked their stock prices.
Now, they themself want all employees to work from office. All crappy things, companies play due to weak labour laws in the country.

I wish one day everybody comes to office to prove if all travels roads will be jammed and network at odc will die.i already dead though 🤪. But still feel management will t change their stand towards rto

If it’s security concern, then employees who leave the office premises shouldn’t login to laptop at all. Also not to stay a minute longer than their normal working hours.
