Are you planning for an Exit from Capgemini after March 2025 Variable Payout.

I have been hearing and being a part of coffee corner discussions at Capgemini where people are planning for an EXIT once they receive the full variable this March End. I think people are not happy with the new People Management Strategy where we are tagged with few folks from different projects.
