anyways, very subjective question for the current market compared to 20s everyone is almost underpaid.. anyways it's simple supply-demand economics
Well, it is about the feeling, not the scientific research output based on the economy, industry, role, experience, impact etc.

I know i am getting underpaid based on the work and impact my team & I am bringing to the company. But our profits and hence budgets are low. They are spending a lot on retaining our engineering team, which leaves very little for other teams.
But I am also unsure about a job switch after listening about the work culture at most big tech companies in India. I’ll have to stick around till this hiring winter is over.
Even a 2 YOE earning a 1 crore plus will say, he/she is under paid
My company makes no money so in that sense whatever i work on has 0 worth
