No, apart from no MSI, there's pressure to give myskillz, english exam, etc. Client is also piling on work it seems

Definitely NO. But even if we search for opportunities outside, it becomes difficult to get any recruiter attention because of the 90 days NP, and current market situation.

In this company irresponsible people are sitting at higher levels. They do not care about their subordinates. They do not have audacity to say clear No or Yes about this year MSI, I don't understand why they are silent, at least they can say Yes or No for the year.

I think in WIPRO no one is motivated to work.. people are just working for the sake of it.

Apart from No MSI, there are these my skill assesments, mandatory trainings etc. On top of that loads of client tasks. I am loosing my mind.

Don't think company really cares. Managers know how to get work done even if someone is not motivated

Noooo not at all.... MSI not given(needs not fulfilled) is a negative marking for any Co. n the Co. Working people's growth...
