I am happy, Company may fire employees who are just sucking TCS salary without working, TCS profit may increase and may benefit hard working employees in form of salary hike

1st of all , TCS need to fire from management, and need more for Managers those are not working anything ,not into technical but still they are working from past 15 yr, 20 year they don't know about code but they are working ,TCS needs to take action against them. Then only everything will come to the associate plate.

Now TCS has circulated deployment instructions, they will not give 10 % hike & 100% qva instead they say market is still uncertain need to watch.

Those who voted yes, explain yourself why are you with it? Is it in consideration that your current project is going well and is long term.. beware one of known team were abruptly ramped down and they are struggling to find the allocations now

Gave YES only for those taking unallocated as a privilege and stay unallocated for years. You can't get this type of option anywhere else. These parasites are persuading even working associates also to get released and going to bench.
Last month when I interview people from pool for my project, they are simply rejecting with lame excuses like they need WFH , they can't come to remote office etcc.. That day even I thought It is good to get release and enjoy life as unallocated
Imagine they will remove bench employees and still not increase the salary of the remaining ones ππππ

Why they can't change the policy for Notice period will be for 45 days . It should be changed also.

In 2008-2009 I remember the market scenario. There were stalled projects, sudden release in batches. Only critical support guys survived in many verticals. I was allocated to a telecom account 3 months after my project got suspended. I worked with guys from other verticals on a POC of BFSI new logo. That was a win win for all. We survived and enhanced our skill and paid back to company for years since then. It was the face of TCS that time. Now you will be released to RMG and starve out of projects and after some weeks thrown out.
TCS has progressed a lot. So pack your bags, and wait for the first opportunity. Do not fall in love with your company, love your career - Yes, we missed the train.

Yes, certain rules are a bit crazy. But from an organisation standpoint, they have to take certain strong actions against associates, but it's an organisation, one person cannot go against them, they have a pool or attorneys who know how to defend themselves. So it's a weekend, go and chill Spend time with your family.
