I have good project and environment. The only issue is salary.

Salary is unhappy for me

In my team people stayed only because it was wfh project , eventually I quit for higher salary , apart from low salary everything was good like culture,people , etc

The salary is too low, even for a fresher. Hoping they'll give atleast a 10% hike after completing one year.. otherwise I'll have to wait for 2 years for the promotion 😢😭😢

I was happy earlier but off late the environment at higher management is suffering and the entire projects are suffering due to this. Salary also is pathetic.

Accenture fidelity project is worst project in ncr location...

I don't have a lot of work in my project, so I'm studying for a cert. So have made my peace with salary for a while.

No one will be happy with Accenture, they won't recognize the people even in death situations also they as us to work and die 🥲
