I saved more in old tax regime with all kinds of deductions. So, i need more time to reevaluate if this actually saves anything for me. I'm already in the 30% tax bracket.
This is although a good move, especially for those earning < 12.75L salary a year

Most probably New will be better now and for good because Old will be gone soon. It is not efficient to have 2 tax systems.
Old was just there in the transition period.

My CTC is 25 and I compared with new tax slab changes it seems I can save 25-30k more
Can anyone confirm that this can be avail starting new financial year right or I can choose new regime while filing ITR and avail new slabs
