No hikes and policies are having lot of loop holes. If I apply for anything, manager will not approve. Manager won't respond to calls and chat for the approvals

Where I got a project after join the Wipro they have relocate me in other locations. And there are too much community fight between project and unable to fit With teams to do work and how could be complete the task….!!
