Trending @Capgemini; Are you guys following the new 3-day/week work-from-office policy?

I simply don't care about the 3-day per week thing!! I do try to make 10-12 days a month though. With the 3 days thing, every wants to be in the office from Tuesday-Thursday and our office (Hyderabad) simply cannot accommodate everyone. It is so stupid how they can't see this
