STP is the answer. STP into stocks. Spread your money into 16 weeks and keep deploying it every week on friday. Also don't go after the names that are stretched too much. Look for counters that are offering some kind of Risk reward. Look into Midcap 100 many stocks are offering opportunities through STP.
