Are you a "Go all in" or "Keep a plan B" type of person ?

I'm reading this book called "Think and grow rich", and it focuses on how the most successful people have this all encompassing desire for a particular goal. He took examples of some successful people and concluded that that's the major thing that made them successful and he gives this advice to the people who want to be rich or successful. I disagree, this could have worked for a small group of people but i believe it's better to be flexible if you want to succeed. Look around you, learn from the ever evolving world and act accordingly. I know success can mean different things for different people but consider being successful the same as being rich here, since that's the context of the book.

You should go all in

Both, depends on situation and age. When I was young I was an all in kind of guy, now I have a family so I keep a plan B

Understandable, but you believe that going all in is the way to success?

If below 25, absolutely yes, even if you fail , you have time by your side and can rebuild yourself again.

Whenever I have a plan B, plan B automatically becomes the plan A.
When I don't have a Plan B, my original plan A doesn't work.

All you need is a Plan C

I think go all in applies to a more bigger thing, and to achieve that you should be flexible about smaller things. Atleast that’s what i think. No bigger goal can be achieved without going all in

Be obsessed about the problem, be flexible about the solution.
