I heard from my lead that there will be no hike and promotion just they will give VP. And hike and promotion will be on june cycle. Do any one heard the same from higher level management ?

There are limited promotions and hikes , people who are below market average(only accenture HR know how they calculate) will definitely get hikes , not very good news for majority ppl but hikes are there

Ask him why that decision and also ask him if there's any policy/written statement that tells no hike/promotion.
I heard similar whispers, but nothing official yet. Let's keep our fingers crossed for some good news soon
