Are we good to work from home 3 days a month
As per the recent RTO policy change to maintain 85% RTO in a quarter. So, are we good to work from home 3days a month? No implications on doing so right?
Whatever.. I am only doing 10-12 days office a month.
TCS can't cut salaries of 1 lakh people just like that. Let see in first quarter what happens.
Yes, last month i tried this and today only i got to know that im well above 85% rto. So yeah 2-3 days can be used as an exception for urgent work
Don't just follow the rules like dumbo. Be brave and break the rules like thousands of us.
If my manager is willing to bend the rules for me why should i disobey him/her. He/she gives me exceptions whenever i need without any questions (not talking about leaves im talking ab wfh). So i feel im okay with being dumb and not follow everyone like a sheep.

Payroll will give you the answer! 85% is not for days! It’s for 45hrs weekly!
Yep plus you can take 2-3 leaves per month
