Trending @Infosys; Are we getting Skill Tag Incentives in Jan month's Salary ?

As per the policies, Q3 should be paid in February Payroll

It will be paid in second month of every quarter.

Did we receive letters for q3?

I recently became TA i.e Jl4, i have completed Some skill tags earlier and as it was written there skill tag will be available from Jl4. So will i get the incentive now?
