Trending @Infosys; Are we getting Quarterly Variable Pay in May?

Hi Guys,

We used to get quarterly bonus (variable pay ) email every quarter before 20th of expected month of payment. Q4 performance bonus email is not sent out. Does anyone know about this?

Received Letter now JL4 has upto 70%. Its weird they have differentiated PL wise instead of Unit Level wise

INS ADM, so is it different for different unit and within unit it is based on Position/Job level?
