Nope promotions are on hold and hikes are peanuts. It aint worth it. If you have 2 or 3+ yoe just jump.
Our whole project is leaving so yeah. Its absolute BS here right now. Focus on oneself and just zoom ahead.

I didn't even get peanuts as a C4. It is so demotivating to get absolutely zero hike.
