
Trending @Accenture; Are we fools!!
A company posting quarterly profit of around 168 Crore, this is net profit after all operational cost and everything.
And still giving people 5% hike which is around avg Rs 50,000 for an employee, how bad is that!
And we made feel that we are asking for too much!!! Are we serious??? Everyone is part of this contribution, and still they are not even ready to spend 5% to 10% of net profit on employees???

Start thinking about yourself.. don’t marry a company!

Easy to say, everyone cannot find a new wife instantly and I see people have invested their 5-10 years already with this company

I never said its going to be easy to find a job! From my view point - its just like this :
a) there would be bunch of employees who would leave
b) bunch of employees who wouldn’t find a job and stay back
c) bunch of employees who don’t want to search due to x,y,z reasons
And Company is will continue to hire freshers and laterals at higher package.
Segment a) who are top performers and didn’t get recognized would have already started refreshing their resume..

Sir, i just asked one guy who got a offer from accenture. 11lpa , 80% hike for 3yoe. I am 3.9 yoe still getting half of that offered amount. i really don’t compare but here i have better technical skills, i have certifications as well . I know i ll get more when i ll jump to next company. But here the point is not that. Here point is , companies are making profits , hiring people from out side but give single digit hikes to their own employees. I know people will come to me , and tell me that you also can jump to another one. Yeah i know that , i am waiting for another certification then i ll move out for sure. But the management here in Accenture is very poor.

Well everyone like new one, like Abhishek bacchan, even if you have Aishwarya you still like to explore new territory because initial few years both will have fun, no one will question each other
