Trending @Infosys; Are we expecting a hike this April'24?

The Head of HR conveniently dodged this question in the AHM / Townhall that “we just finished the comp review, so nothing about the next cycle is decided”. Which is Infyspeak for “don’t expect anything until June, at the very least”

I guess no one has a sure shot answer for this. But this year hike letter mentioned compensation revision for the year 23-24 so i don't think April hike cycle will happen 😕😔
