It will be bare minimum even if you get it. They will take into account in system tat you recently got a retention hike

A few years ago, I was in a similar situation. I received a retention hike but did not get the regular hike. When I followed up with my manager and HR, I came to know that I wasn't considered for the regular hike because I had already received the retention hike. They explained that this was due to certain limitations, including fixed percentage constraints etc

Is they provide retension hike. If yes how much we can bid.
