So how do you tackle this 90days np? Also resigning without an offer is not a good thing to do in this market.

  1. Try to get referrals
  2. Fake in portals as service notice period and try to get one offer letter.
  3. Have savings for at least 6 months. This gives one the courage to put paper and try.
