Are things being blown out of proportion?
I am not sure what is actually happening ATM are we really at war or are things blown out of proportion by the media? According to Pakistan reddit, the following are false news:
1 - Aircraft being shot down 2 - Karachi being hit 3 - Pakistan requesting financial assistance from other countries

There are some other aspects which raise concern like security forces were removed from pahalgam just a few days back before the attack, also Modi's visit was cancelled before the attack. I am not questioning the army here and for sure the pahalgam attack was absolutely done by pakistan but was the attack purposefully not avoided?
My political stance: Every party has vested interest and BJP is the lesser of two evils. Congress would have been better with tharoor as leader.
Extremely polarized folks please refrain from answering.

why are you taking your news from Pakistan reddit. It's a shameful act.

Friday morning 2AM our news outlets mentioned about Karachi being hit / 25 ships near pakistan. But by 10 Am, there is no such news in the navy. Made me re-think that there might be some fake news hence trying to see what news outlets are reporting there.

See as a person preparing for civil services. Just calm down. All things are extremely calculated. Propaganda warfare is strong. As per my understanding cyber attacks on various enemy gov handles are going on. This will be in our favour. Doval and cold start doctrine seems to be in action.
