Are they inflating my Fixed base pay?

I received an offer recently and the salary breakup looks like this:

Base pay: xx HRA: xx Spcl Alwnc: xx Company’s contribution to PF: 90k Fixed base pay: xx

Gratuity: xx Health insurance: xx Total ctc: xx

I want to ask if company’s contribution to pf is sitting right under my fixed base pay or are they inflating my fixed pay by adding that 90k.

What should I do and what are the disadvantages?
