Got one complaince mail stating that I am not complaint and it’s my first non-compliance intimation. Anyone else got this ?

This comes are a notification for the previous month and what action can be done now ? Atleast if they say from January it is valid. They have send mail for the November in December..
Exactly . Why didn’t they send the notification or this email when we missed the first week of WFO. I hope they consider deducting leaves from Jan or beyond

Yes, me too received that email.They should’ve mentioned to maintain it from January. It doesn’t make sense to deduct leave for Nov
They will deduct only extra leaves to match 3 days WFO per week. You can still apply temp wfh to avoid leaves getting auto deducted.
