Trending @Capgemini; Are they deducting salary for NOT COMPLYING with WFO BTO

There is no such policy as per Back to office or New normal. No such communications received to adhere to these policies, if this is the case then you and organisation folks get the proper Communication from India HR Head or Ashwin Yardi. The salary deduction for you was for some other reasons, As you mentioned in one of the comments that is Unauthorised Leave, So it could be from your Managers side, he/she is hiding something on which he/she made a mistake. Do log a ticket on HGS payroll system to ask why this happened this month.

There is no such organization policy where they can deduct salary for not adhering to BTO. Yes, its mandatory but nobody can do this without intimation.

No, but if someone is working in shifts, he will get hit on the allowance. Moreover, leadership can present your BTO data while promotion, etc.

Arrey sir vaise bhi konsa 50% hike aur 1 promotion every year dete hai
I suppose for those who are relocating let you give up your hike and promotions and stay at hometown... Thats more saving than hike and promotion

They are giving warnings on this
