I am neither allocated to bench because as per HR "business will put you on bench, employees cannot ask for it" I am not having access to job board to view available jobs even after fulfilling criteria. I want to switch my field and even for IJP, I am expected to have a relevant work ex. WHATS THE POINT OF IJP THEN!!!!!
