Are these an MNC or a 24/7 Boarding School?

Need a reality check from the folks here. I’m currently deployed at a client site from 9 AM to 6 PM. That’s a standard day, right? Wrong.

Management just dropped a 'requirement' for mandatory internal courses. Each one is 5–6 hours long. Since I’m at the client site all day, when exactly am I supposed to do these?

Apparently, the expectation is that I sacrifice my sleep, my health, and my sanity to finish them after 6 PM. By the time I wrap up, it’s basically time to start the next shift.

Since when did 'up-skilling' become a polite term for 'unpaid overtime'?

Is anyone else being treated like a 24/7 processing unit, or is my RM just aiming for a 'Best Manager' trophy at the cost of my life? How are you guys 'completing' these without losing your minds?
