Are there special leaves for taking care of parents in tcs?

My father is going to have a surgery and the procedure may be 4 days. Can anyone suggest if there is a way I can avail leave for this reason? Also is there any special category leaves for this scenario?

No special leaves for parents. Use earned or casual leaves. If you need more time, consider leave without pay. Talk to your manager for exceptions. Check HR policy on Ultimatix.
