Are there people who received C or D band with high IPF rating working the whole year in a project + RTO >85% ?

High IPF rating means that your speed manager put a rating without consultation with delivery manager which is the ideal way to do things, but not how practically things are done in almost all accounts

Please avoid finding correlation for your band with anyone's band.

Your band is solely depend upon your supervisor, delivery manager and unit level (maximum).
Unit level decisions are very rare as managers ensure that the curve fits in their level itself.

A friend had the band disagreement discussion with the Appraiser and Reviewer and as per "organisational policy" the bands have been reduced by Corporate if the hours spent in office are between 0-3 hours 😆. This is irrespective of the WFO Index being above 85%! What a load of bullshit!
