Trending @Capgemini; Are there no SAP projects in CG ???

If you’ve been in CG for over a year, seriously start looking outside. You can bust your ass on a project, deliver solid work — but come appraisal time, they slap you with the most idiotic buckets like “BTO compliance” and other meaningless nonsense. HR jumps in with zero clue about your actual contributions, downgrades you anyway, and calls it a day. They deserve a solid thrashing for this garbage system that rewards checkbox BS over real effort and impact. Time to escape this circus. 🚪💨
