Are there no branded competition in the field where Ferns & Petals work?

It is such a basic gifting and scheduling platform, why does it not have stiff competition? How is it still thriving?

Distribution is their moat. They've opened shops across India over the years. Hard to replicate without a lot of money. And not very profitable either.
