Its better to invest time and clearing interviews outside than clearing wings 2 .. Wings comes with a certain catch where u cant get C band after ur salary is increased else ur components will be cut down.

I don't known about wings 2 but through wings 1 I got 100 % increment on acheiving digital cadre and on innovator I can expect 60 to 70 % hike. No manager discussion required for wings 1 just complete learnings clear exam and you get benefits only catch is you can't get c band or else your elevate incentive will stop
