Are there any projects in mumbai that provide wfh ?or tcs has does not provide wfh now?
Hi folks, please can anyone give me an insight on projects that allow work from home due to medical condition in Mumbai or Thane (olympus) and please can someone let me know on how to look for such kind of projects with wfh working flexibilty.

The thing is every quarter you need to have 85% average of the attendance. Hence, you can work from home for 4 or 5 days a month. But inform your immediate manager and raise RTO exception in Ultimatix.

Ask RMG to share your profile globally and then you will start getting calls across India. Projects not having ODC in Mumbai can give wfh.
