Trending @Infosys; Are there any Projects for freshers?

I joined infosys in sep 2024 went mysore for training and came to the production unit in Jan 2025 from till date. I was not able to get the project as a fresher. My profile was shared with 5 clients in that some are asking for experience and some kept in preproduction asked to do tasks and certifications after completing those also again keeping on bench. Literally I was scared of 7 Months in bench and I want to know how it will impact me for the future and I think infosys doesn't have any projects for freshers?

The TPD of STG is the shittest they first try to match you with exp> than ur actual, I have been mapped to a shittest project out there in which copy paste work is there. For some they have really good projects but for some projects are very bad. Dont get matched to a bad project if will waste a lot of ur time. Try contacting managers of STG internal projects some of my friends work there and the work is great microservices + KAFKA event driven architecture.

Do some real time projects outside like from ur friends.. check what they are doing? Gain some knowledge then you will have confidence and ready give yourself 💯

Gain skills, work on real life project online and then get a work outside , don't waste your talent here

try IJP and see if any project matching your skill set are present or not + also see which skill set project are there and if you interested, then learn them and apply on them. always ping TPD teams
