Are there any poaching rules in Tcs?
If an employee wants to join a company who is a client of Tcs, is that allowed? Or would this be considered as poaching? If yes than how does one avoid it?

If your client is offering a position it is best to put the ball into their court - they have an agreement on ‘poaching’ - your client knows the terms and conditions the best.

No you cannot join your client directly after leaving TCS, however join some other firm for a few months and then go to your client. You need to have pretty good relations with your client for this.
