This is too much. I have been in the workforce for the past 10 years, and the only time I had job security was in the initial 4-5 years . The last 5 years, as I moved up the ladder, both positions and salary-wise, the job security is gone . It feels like I always have to look over my back so I don’t get fired . I was blinded by all the fat salary, but the job security is getting much worse . With the recent hike in central government employee salary, anyway, what we are getting will be peanuts. Everyday hearing people near me getting fired for different different reason .
