Are there any hope for NoN TecH field
I work in a non technical field for last 4 years and i am completely lost , I mean i do not know where to go in order to increase my skills and CTC Has any been through this phase and did you make it to better opportunities?
Bro if you're a UX designer you can do really well in TCS and outside as long as you know your shit (pardon my language). Upskill from outside sources like Coursera, Udemy etc. You can get online certifications as well. Apply these skills inside TCS to get better projects etc. and at the same time work on your portfolio and leave the moment you get a better opportunity.
First of all trust me. 70% employees of your org feels the same and secondly you still have time. Once you cross 5 YOE you would be truly lost so use time wisely.
