Are there any good companies in Pune

Are there any good companies in Pune that are underrated but have so many benefits and a good environment. I'm an Azure developer and want to switch from TCS but I know there many toxic companies out there so just wanted to know from fellow employees who think that their company is just one of the best in Pune.

I am also okay if it's a WFH company anywhere in the world, just I should be able to work from Pune
