Are there any folks in the industry without a traditional engineering degree?

As the title suggests, is there any hope of getting hired by a decent company without eng degree. Is bootcamp a good option or should i continue self learning? TIA

Yes. Couple of my friends with Commerce and B.Sc. degrees switched careers into web development. But bootcamp and other coding institutions were the catalyst in this. Self learning is good but won't take that much far due to various factors such as: not all weeks will be the same while learning and one can get into frustration/lazy zone often when stuck on any concept/problem, self motivation everytime is not possible, peer/instructor 1:1 reviews/help is 10x beneficial than social media feedback.
