Are there any companies which are hiring for talent recruiter role?

My fiancée is currently working in recruitment consulting firm in Noida but she has started to look for roles in Bangalore ( in TA). We are trying to find out companies which might be hiring for these roles? If you have any leads or any suggestions on how to find such roles, that would be very helpful.
