Where are remote global jobs I will apply there?, on the contrary most jobs in US are remote those people can work remotely but we cannot force same roles?

Mostly yes! Most companies have invested huge in infrastructure during Covid. So they need to recover that money. Hence mostly WFH will end.
Hearing some news that from January, 2025 it will 5 days work from home for some companies.
