Are portfolio websites still relevant in 2025 to get a job?

Are portfolio websites still relevant in 2025 to get a job? Exclude freelancing. Cause i don't think anyone gives a damn about my portfolio none of the HR even look at it. Is it worth spending time maintaining it??
