Are People Really Using Zepto?

I just saw a shocking thing that Zepto stands at no.1 in the Google Play Store in foods and drinks beating Zomato and Swiggy I was born in Kanpur and Kanpur is now a metropolitan city still it doesn't have Zepto, so are people actually using Zepto too much in the tier 1 cities?
