No. Mid tear promotes wont get any hike in December this year. This news is confirmed.

December promotion will happen right? If someone have not received any hike in last 2 year and waiting for December to be promoted to Level 10 , that will not be shifted to next mid cycle right i guess that shifting is for above level 8
